this appears to be some variant of KD/W. Bethany's addition must be the red stuff and the flakes, which is obfuscating the view of the KD/W which must be underneath.

Y'all are pretty close, so I'm gonna declare a tie. It's spaghetti and mushrooms, and the spice is mostly just ground pepper. The prize is a donut, and a tie goes to me.
