So How's the Snow at Your Place?

Enjoying our first winter snowfall here on Denman Island. Slept in, made some family phone calls, playing with Penny, sipping tea & coffee and just soaking up this wonderfully wintry day. We've snapped a few photos to show how much it snowed here, and we'll be heading out on a walk soon before the daylight goes. We hear it's just as nice in Victoria, yet no snow to speak of on Quadra Island.

We let Penny go outside today, which never happens. There was a large deer right outside the window getting into the plants, and Penny was curious so Bethy let her investigate while I took video. The deer ran to the backyard where she remains.

Now we will eat soup and go for a walk!
